What are your days and hours of operation?
Office Hours: 9am - 6pm CST, Monday through Friday
Delivery Hours: 9am – 6pm CST, 7 days a week
Travel BaBees observes the following holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Orders will be delivered up to the day before the holiday and will be picked up the day after.
How do I place an order?
It's easy! You've already selected OMAHA as the area you wish to receive service. Click on any one of the categories on the left side of the page. It will take you to the product catalog for that category. Select your items and continue the process. When you are finished, complete the customer information form, and submit your request. A representative will contact you within 24 hours.

When should I place my order? Is there an order minimum?
It is best to place your order as soon as your travel plans are confirmed. This will guarantee availability of the items you require, specifically during the holiday and peak seasons. There is a $40.00 equipment rental minimum on all orders.
Can I make changes or add to my order?
Yes, you may make changes or add to your order up to 24 hours prior to your delivery date, pending availability. Please email email@example.com or call us directly at (877) 922-2337 for final confirmation.
What are your delivery hours? Is there a minimum delivery fee?
There is a minimum delivery fee of $45; however final delivery fees will depend on distance, date and time of the delivery. Standard delivery hours are between 9am-6pm CST. Deliveries made outside of standard delivery hours may be subject to an additional fee. Orders placed within 24 hours of required delivery date are considered Last Minute Rush Orders and are subject to a $10 additional Fee.
Do you deliver/pick up at the airport or rental car companies?
Yes. We can make arrangements to deliver/pick up at the airport and meet at your arrival/departure time as long as it is within our delivery hours. We will request your flight information to check arrival times. If your flight is delayed, we will do our best to meet you at the airport, but do not guarantee delivery. We will make alternate arrangements to deliver the equipment. We will allow a 15 minute grace period from the agreed upon delivery/pick up time. There will be a $5 fee assessed for every 5 minutes we are waiting up to 30 minutes following the grace period. Deliveries will be rescheduled after the maximum 45 minute waiting period and may be assessed an additional delivery fee.
Can I pick my rented items up?
At this time, Travel BaBees of Omaha offers delivery/pick up services only.
When will my credit card be charged? How much will I be charged?
Your credit card will be charged the full amount at the time of your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations prior to 48 hours of the order date are subject to a 5% service fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of the order date are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the rental total. Refund and credit policies vary by location. Credit may be used for future rentals at any location.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not satisfied with any item within the first 24 hours of your rental period, we will replace it with another as soon as possible. If you are still not completely satisfied, please contact us directly at (877) 922-2337 to resolve the issue. Early termination of rentals will not be refunded.
Do you install car seats?
We do a Certified Child Passenger Safety Technician on staff. We charge $15 for installation.
What is the NEBRASKA child restraint law?
The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) recommends:
- REAR FACING SEATS in the back seat from birth to at least 1 year old and at least 20 pounds.
- FORWARD-FACING TODDLER SEATS in the back seat from age 1 and 20 pounds to about age 4 and 40 pounds.
- BOOSTER SEATS in the back seat from about age 4 to at least age 8, unless 4'9" tall. Booster Seats until child is 8 years or 4'9"
- SAFETY BELTS at age 8 and older or taller than 4'9". All children age 12 and under should ride in the back seat.

Are your services and equipment insured?
Yes. Travel BaBees takes every precaution to ensure the safety of its customers and property. We are specifically insured for the rental of baby equipment. We meet or exceed every requirement from the insurance industry specific to renting baby and child equipment.
How is your equipment maintained and cleaned?
Travel BaBees only uses equipment that has been certified by the Juvenile Products Manufacturers Association (JPMA) and recommended by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). We immediately submit all warranty information to ensure notification of any recall and safety updates.
We meet or exceed the same sanitary requirements for the child care industry and only use organic and non-toxic chemicals to clean our equipment. Our linens are professionally laundered by certified organic providers. Our entire inventory is stored in a temperature controlled environment to maintain the integrity of every item.
